I arrived at their show room without and appointment and was greeted nicely. I spoke with Dave to arrange a meeting at the house with Jeremy to establish our needs. Jeremy arrived promptly at the appointed time at our new home that was being constructed to discuss our needs and timing. We talked about various options and decided that a preplan and costing would be presented to us within a couple of weeks to determine our choices and timing. We fine tuned the plan and agreed with the budget and products and Muskoka Custom Cabinets installed our custom made cabinets in 2 bedroom closets and 1 kitchen pantry. This was all done exactly as we hoped for and on budget. The final product we are very, very happy with and the installing crew were efficient, friendly, and clean!
